[Tutorial] How to Have a Debit or Credit Card - Philippines

Have you ever tried shopping online but you COD is not allowed in your area and you have no bank account? Playing online games and you need to top-up through iTunes? or you need a card to change your country form Philippines to South Korea to vote for your favorite artists?

It's probably because you don't have enough money to open an account or simply just not interested in opening an account because of low interest rates that comes with tax rates and service fees.

Well, here's an answer to your problem. Luckily, in this modern and innovative era, Virtual Cards are now easy to get and easy to reimburse your funds and of course, on-the-go cards. Here are some of the Virtual Cards that you can use:

1. Paymaya

Paymaya is a free app that gives you a virtual Visa Card that you can use to shop online, book flights, and more, even without a credit card. Just download the app, load up, and shop! You can also get Paymaya physical card by purchasing here.

You can load your card through Bayad Centers and 7-11 Cliqq Kiosks nationwide. You can also use this card to withdraw money from your Paymaya account upon upgrading and linking the physical card from your Paymaya App.

2. Smart Pay-With-Mobile Service

In September 2015, Smart unveiled their Pay-With-Mobile service to bring Apple content more Filipinos. With their agreement with Banco De Oro UniBank Inc. (BDO), they have allowed Filipinos to buy apps, books, games, magazines and movies on App Store and iTunes - as well as pay for their Apple Music subscription - even without a credit card, which has long been a barrier for many mobile users in maximizing their Apple devices.

Smart Pay-With-Mobile is available to Smart Postpaid subscribers on Plan599 and up, as well as Smart Bro subscribers on iPad Plans. It can be activated by texting REG to 4949 - a one-time, text-based registration. After which, subscribers will be given a unique Virtual Credit Card number with Expiration Date and Security Number. The whole registration takes just a few clicks - no required financial documents, no waiting in lines, and no hassle.

Tutorial on How to Vote in Soribada App in IOS

1. Open App Store. ** Make sure that your country is set to Korea, if not, follow these steps.

2. Search Soribada and download it.

3. Once downloaded, open Soribada and the home screen will show. Click the icon in the upper-left corner then the menu will show.

3. Tap Log In Button to log-in then create Soribada account by tapping 회원가입 if you're new or Log in through Facebook or KakaoTalk account and enter a VALID email address. **If not, log in your account and continue to step 6.

4. Enter your details starting from Log In ID to Password then select the following then tap 소리바다 회원가입 button. **The fourth option is optional because it will only ask your permission if you want to receive updates from Soribada.

5. Click 확인 or Next until you see the Soribada Home then Click the 2017 Soribada Award Banner.

6. Tap Vote or Poll or 투표 then start voting by either tapping one of the options. Left button is the 2017 Soba 10 Category and Right Button is Best Hallyu Daesang.

7. Among the artists nominated, vote your artist then you will see this (see photo) meaning it is an application for ticket. Select the blue button with 티겟 응모하기 then enter your details from Name to Address then select the small box to agree that you agree on the rules and terms of the event then tap 응모.

8. Congratulations your vote has been casted. You may vote once a day in both category until September 30, 2017

9. To Log out, go back to Soribada Home and then click the upper-right icon then tap the gear button then tap the greyish button with 로그아웃.

10. Finally, you are logged out from Soribada.

How to Download Soribada App in IOS

If you are not from South Korea or your iTunes' country is not in Korea, follow these simple steps:

1. Open Settings then scroll until you see iTunes App Store

2. Click Apple ID then tap Open Apple ID.

3. Change country by tapping the Country button>Select Country then select Korea, Republic of. . **If your language is set to 한국어 like mine, scroll until the bottom and select 대한민국.

4. Enter your payment details. In Korea you don't have an option to choose None in the payment section unlike in the Philippines. Then tap Next and you're done. **If you are from the Philippines, click here to see tutorial on how to create virtual credit or debit card.

5. You can now download apps in iTunes that are only limited in Korea like Naver Music, Melon Music, Soribada App, and more.

[Guide] BTS' Official Fancafe Nickname Rules

BTS' Official Fancafe Nickname Rules

1. It is not allowed to use nicknames that can get confused with BTS members & BigHit related.

- Don't use BTS members' name or nickname only as your nickname.

ex.) 방탄소년단(X), 랩몬스터(X), 방탄소년단사랑해(O), 방탄소년단천사(O)

ex.) BTS (X), RapMonster (X), LoveYouBTS(O), AngelBTS(O)

2. Letter limits

- Korean - 2 letters min, 10 letters max / English - 2 letters min, 12 letters max (ver. 20151006)

- If you're using Korean+English+numbers combined nickname, maximum letters would be 10.

(Korean should be used more than 2 letters / Nickname only with numbers are not allowed)

ex) 130613(X), 랩mon(X), BTS최고(O)

This includes nicknames that only contains English+numbers. It shouldn't exceed 10 letters.

3. Only the commonly used Korean letters, English, and numbers are allowed.

- Special characters, Chinese letters, space, seperate usage of Korean vowels and consonants are prohibited.

ex) 방탄♡, SUGA짱!, JIN뽀렙^-^, BTSㅅF릉훼 and such.

* If it's not commonly used Korean letters, it can make a space in front of your nickname.

- If you're using Korean, you can use only commonly used Korean letters.

ex) 슙(X), 횽(X), 쩱(X), 랩(O), 쩔(O)

- Not allowed to use meaningless words.

ex)asdqwf, xxxgorkxxx and such.

- Other letters than Korean, English, and numbers are not allowed to use in your nickname.

4. It is not allowed to use other artist / fandom related nicknames.

5. It is not allowed to use words in nickname that has the meaning of insult / sexual harassment / RPS related / feminization of members.

If you don't follow the rules above, you will immediately get demoted right after staff notices you.

**ALSO IMPORTANT: Use of Korean word "군주" is also not allowed because cafe crew thinks it is also RPS related term, so please be aware if you were going to change your nickname related to that!

How do I join BTS' official Fancafe?

Simply follow these EASY steps.

Go to BTS' Official Fancafe at http://cafe.daum.net/BANGTAN/kNMp/4 then click OK.

Check all the boxes and fill in the form (see translations in the photo) then scroll down and press 가입 button.

*Note: Be guided in creating nickname. See BTS' Official Fanclub Nickname Rules.

Congratulations! You are now officially a member of BTS' Official Fancafe.

Note: You can now view the posts of BTS Staffs but it is only limited to a few pages like Foreign BBS. You need to Level up first to see BTS members' posts in the From.BTS 1 and From.BTS 2.
